MHC Bearing Checker

The MHC Bearing Checker is a hand-held unique instrument that provides an easy to operate and quick to use method of analysing bearing condition and lubrication state. It monitors high frequency acoustic emissions which are naturally generated by deterioration in rotating machinery, so can be used on bearings, gearboxes, motors and pumps.

It helps find faults, improve reliability and prevent downtime, and provides data for fast, accurate re-lubrication intervals. It is a fantastic tool, not only to monitor bearing health but also to optimise PPM’s and avoid issues with over-lubricating.
