The Activate team provides bespoke site support and mentoring to include areas such as asset mapping, criticality surveys, SOP’s for all lubrication points, PPM evaluation and reduction, transition from lubrication as an offline task to an online task, condition monitoring support, oil analysis, RCA methodology, lubrication optimisation and lubrication stock management. We have also developed several off-the-shelf packages to cover essential requirements.
